SCOPE OF SERVICE

Whether you need manpower sourced, a line designed, or the special process resourced end to end — these are the processes we work in every day.

Anodizing

Type I (Chromic), Type II (Sulfuric), Type III (Hard Anodizing) and Boric Sulfuric — for aluminium components across aerospace, automotive and general engineering.

Plating

Zinc plating and Electroless Nickel plating — rack and barrel, for corrosion protection, wear resistance and uniform deposit on complex geometries.

Passivation

Nitric and citric acid passivation of stainless steel — removes free iron contamination post-machining and restores the native corrosion-resistant oxide layer.

Black Oxidation

Hot and cold black oxide on steel and stainless — a thin conversion coating that provides mild corrosion resistance, reduced reflectivity and an aesthetic black finish.

Conversion Coating

Chromate and trivalent chromium conversion coatings on aluminium — corrosion protection and paint adhesion with no dimensional build-up. MIL-DTL-5541 compliant.

Phosphating

Zinc, manganese and iron phosphating on steel — for paint pre-treatment, corrosion protection and wear/lubricity on driveline and structural components.

Painting Application

Wet spray and powder coat paint application with pre-treatment — for cosmetic finish, corrosion protection and consistent film build across production runs.
